This policy describes how Indevtech Incorporated ("Indevtech," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our SMS and voice notification program. It applies specifically to text messages and automated voice calls sent by Indevtech, and supplements our general Privacy Policy.
Indevtech's SMS and voice notification program is used for internal operational alerting. Recipients are Indevtech employees and contractors who have voluntarily enrolled by signing a written consent form. Messages are never sent to consumers or to the general public.
We do not use this program to send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.
Messages are operational and time-sensitive. Typical content includes:
Message frequency varies based on operational conditions. Recipients may receive no messages for extended periods and multiple messages during an active incident.
Enrollment is voluntary and optional. It is not a condition of employment, compensation, assignment, or any Indevtech service. Employees and contractors who decline to enroll continue to receive all operational notifications by phone call and email.
There is no public opt-in and no opt-in keyword for this program. Consent is collected only on a written consent form signed by the individual, who provides their own mobile number. The form contains the following language:
"I voluntarily agree to receive operational and emergency SMS alerts from Indevtech Incorporated at the mobile number I provide. I understand this is optional and is not required for my employment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP, with no effect on the individual's employment, compensation, or duties. A copy of the consent form is available at the voluntary SMS consent form (PDF).

Replying STOP will end SMS messages to that number. Opt-out is processed automatically and immediately, and has no effect on employment, compensation, or duties. Anyone who opts out continues to receive operational notifications by phone call and email.
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information collected through this program is shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Delivery records, acknowledgement responses, and message metadata are retained for as long as needed for operational auditing, and are deleted in accordance with our general data retention practices. Mobile numbers are removed when an individual leaves the on-call program or requests removal.
Mobile numbers and delivery records are stored in access-controlled systems available only to authorized Indevtech personnel. Messages are transmitted through our telecommunications provider using industry-standard security controls.
SMS is not a secure channel. Messages sent over SMS are not encrypted end to end and may be readable by carriers or by anyone with access to the receiving device. Recipients should not reply with confidential client information, credentials, or sensitive data.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
