Indevtech Incorporated ("Indevtech," "we," "us") operates an SMS and automated voice notification program for internal operational alerting. The program delivers time-sensitive alerts to Indevtech employees and contractors who hold on-call or escalation responsibilities.
This program is not used for marketing or promotional messaging.
The Internal Operational Alerting program sends SMS messages and automated voice calls to on-call Indevtech personnel when a monitored system, ticket, or incident requires immediate attention. These terms govern that program only. Any future Indevtech messaging program will be governed by its own separate terms.
Participation is limited to Indevtech employees and contractors assigned to on-call or escalation duties. Mobile numbers are provided by the individual and recorded in Indevtech's internal systems as part of on-call assignment.
Messages sent through this program are operational and may include:
Message frequency varies. Messages are triggered by operational events rather than a fixed schedule. Recipients may receive no messages for extended periods and multiple messages during an active incident.
Message and data rates may apply. Indevtech does not charge for participation in this program. Any charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS messages at that number. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent to that number.
To resume messages, reply START or contact your manager.
Because these are operational alerts tied to on-call responsibilities, opting out may require an alternate contact method to be arranged with your manager.
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact Indevtech at the details in Section 12.
This program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by network conditions, device status, or carrier filtering.
SMS is not a secure channel. Messages are not encrypted end to end and may be readable by carriers or by anyone with access to the receiving device.
Recipients must not reply to program messages with confidential client information, credentials, access codes, or other sensitive data. Alert content is limited to the minimum information needed to identify and respond to an incident.
Information collected through this program is handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy.
Indevtech does not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may modify or discontinue this program, or update these terms, at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
