Indevtech Incorporated ("Indevtech," "we," "us," "our") provides managed IT services to businesses in Hawaii. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we handle it, and what choices you have.
It covers our website, our marketing and sales activity, and the administrative side of our client relationships. It does not describe how we handle data inside client systems we manage on their behalf — that relationship is governed by the client's service agreement and any applicable data processing terms.

When you visit our website we may collect IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps. We use privacy-respecting analytics and do not use advertising trackers or sell browsing data.
We may receive contact and firmographic information from business data providers, referral partners, and publicly available sources for the purpose of business development.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Where Indevtech manages systems for a client, we necessarily have access to data within those systems.

We do not mine, analyze, or repurpose client data for our own commercial benefit.
We use third-party providers to run our business — including cloud infrastructure and productivity platforms, professional services automation and ticketing, remote monitoring and management, backup and security tooling, telecommunications and messaging providers, payment processors, and email delivery services.
These providers process information on our behalf under contractual obligations restricting their use of it.

We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Newsletters and business communications include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional, service, security, or billing messages related to an active account.
Our website uses cookies necessary for the site to function and, where enabled, privacy-friendly analytics. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies; some site features may not work correctly if you do.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including access controls and least-privilege permissions, multi-factor authentication, encryption in transit and at rest where applicable, monitoring and logging, and staff security training.
No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and we encourage you to use strong, unique credentials and multi-factor authentication on any account you hold with us.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, or as required by law, contract, tax, or insurance obligations. Retention periods vary by data type. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We will respond within a reasonable time. Some rights depend on your jurisdiction, and some information must be retained regardless of a deletion request.
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance.
