About my role at Indevtech:
As a Support Engineer, I am the voice on the other side of the phone when clients call for technical support. I spend my day managing support tickets and working with our technical team of subject matter engineers to resolve issues. Indevtech prides itself on our lightning-fast resolution time, and I am obsessed with client satisfaction and making sure we resolve your issues quickly and in a way that they don’t recur.
I work with the other delivery areas (Technology Success and Centralized Services) to find ways to streamline our processes and implement proactive solutions to drive down what we call “reactive noise.” As a managed service provider, our reach is amplified, because if we find a solution for one user, we can deploy that across our entire user base and improve the lives of hundreds of people, which is a reach I did not have in my previous jobs providing corporate IT support for a single company.
I graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a degree in Computer Science.
