About Me:

I grew up in Hawaii and have 18 years of experience in the IT field. I’ve held executive-level positions at many local companies, such as HECO, Foodland Supermarkets, and Aqua-Aston Hospitality.

My passion is team leadership and building effective, scalable processes. At HECO, I managed the IT infrastructure serving over 2,000 critical HECO employees. At Foodland, I was responsible for building the entire IT department team structure and overseeing digital transformation projects, including developing Foodland’s mobile app.

At Aqua-Aston, I built an in-house team of thirteen IT professionals to manage the company’s portfolio of (40) geographically dispersed properties around Hawaii, and North, and South America.

I am adamant about personal professional development and have earned (13) certifications, including the coveted ITIL, PMP, and CISSP designations, among others.

About my role at Indevtech:

As CIO, I oversee day-to-day operations of Indevtech’s 5 delivery areas: Service Desk, Technology Success, Centralized Services, vCIO, and Professional Services.

As a member of the senior leadership team, I build and measure performance metrics, and coach employees in all delivery areas to align their work with Indevtech’s annual and quarterly plans and core values.

I am responsible for the constant evolution and implementation of Indevtech’s Technology Success Strategy, including working with Technical Alignment Managers and vCIOs to ensure uniformity and consistent deployment of tools and best practices across our client base, in furtherance of our motto, “We Help Hawaii Invest Intelligently in IT.”

In 2022 I built Indevtech’s first Project Management Office to provide comprehensive project management services for Indevtech internal projects as well as client implementation projects.

I graduated from Bob Jones University with a degree in Computer Science.
