Misha Mos

Misha came to the States from Ukraine in 2018 and landed, of all places, in Utah — where he picked up a bachelor's in Information Technology while working the campus circuit: IT tech, support desk, AV. The kind of college jobs that are secretly real ones. He's been on Oahu, working in the field, for over two years now. Utah to Oahu is not a common route. He does not appear to regret it.

At Indevtech he's a Technology Concierge II, which means he handles the tickets that survive the first tier. The job has handed him deep-end work early — email migrations are the current specialty — but pinning him to one lane misses the point. Ask him what part of the work he likes and the honest answer is all of it. Wherever things are happening, he wants in.

He also remains the only person on the team who can be trusted to feed the office fish. The fish are alive because Misha is there. This is not a minor responsibility.

Off the clock, you'll find him around Oahu with a camera chasing golden-hour light, putting in work at the gym, or hunting down the island's best beaches. You can take the guy out of Eastern Europe. You cannot take him out of the ocean once he's found it.
