Independent third-party backup of mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams. Daily snapshots, point-in-time restore, longer retention than Microsoft offers natively. The piece Microsoft's SLA explicitly doesn't cover.

What's Not Included

The discipline is the strategy.

TechFuel is built around a deliberately narrow set of services we do at a high standard. Some things sit outside that — by design. Knowing what we don't do is as important as knowing what we do.

Project work outside the agreement

Office moves, new-location buildouts, infrastructure overhauls, platform migrations — quoted separately as professional services. We're transparent about what's project work vs. ongoing service so the line is never blurry mid-engagement.

Hardware procurement

We recommend, specify, and configure — you purchase directly from the vendor. No markup, no vendor lock-in, no incentive misalignment.

Custom application development

We're not a development shop. If your firm needs custom-built software, we'll help you scope and select a partner, but we don't write production application code.

Formal compliance certifications

CMMC, HITRUST, SOC 2, and similar certification engagements are deep, specialized work and a separate workstream. If your firm needs this, we'll help you find the right partner — and the security foundation we build inside TechFuel makes their job easier.

TechFuel is priced on an All-In Seat Price model — a single flat monthly rate, scaled to the size and shape of your environment. We don't sell tiered service levels that quietly steer you toward the gold-package upsell. There is one TechFuel. You either get it or you don't.

  • Flat monthly rate One predictable number. No hourly billing. No scope debates. No surprise invoices for the moves, adds, changes, and after-hours questions you actually have.
  • Scaled to your environment Pricing reflects users, locations, and endpoints. A 14-attorney firm and a 60-engineer office aren't priced the same — but they get the same TechFuel.
  • Premium positioning We aren't the cheapest provider in Hawaii. We aren't trying to be. Our clients pay what they pay because the cost of cutting corners on their technology — in their professional context — is significantly higher than the cost of doing it right.
  • Month-to-month No minimum term. We earn the renewal every month by being worth what you pay.
