Kemis spent six years as a Combat Medic in the Army National Guard, including a deployment to Afghanistan — which probably explains how she approaches operational chaos: calmly, sequentially, and with a very low tolerance for "good enough."
She joined Indevtech in 2025 and moved into the COO seat quickly — less a promotion than a recognition of the scope she was already carrying from day one. In Indevtech's EOS structure she is the Integrator to Scott's Visionary: the person who translates long-range strategy into things that actually happen on the calendar.
She owns service delivery, operations, project execution, HR, and the discipline of making sure every commitment the company makes actually gets kept. She is also not the kind of person who sees a broken process as a problem to manage. She sees it as an invitation to build something better.
A Texas native who found her way to the islands, she has been married for sixteen years to a fellow soldier. Together they are raising three kids — which, by all accounts, is its own kind of operational challenge. When she is not at work, she can be found at the beach, or making something with her daughter. Sometimes both at once. Which tracks.
