Adrian Monda

Adrian Monda is Indevtech's AI Systems Engineer. He is also a senior at Mid-Pacific Institute. Both of those are true at the same time, which is the fastest way to explain Adrian.

He came to us asking about a cybersecurity internship. We asked whether he'd rather help build our AI practice instead. He said sure. Within months he had built the layer that connects Indevtech's internal systems to its AI tooling — the thing that turns a question asked in plain language into an answer pulled from twenty-five years of real operational history. Things put to him as "how hard would it be to—" on a Monday have a habit of being done, tested, hardened, and quietly running before anyone has finished explaining the question.

He now works alongside Marc Nuzzo on TechFuelAI, Indevtech's AI governance practice, building the systems behind the advice. He codes in orange computer glasses. The team has learned that the glasses mean don't interrupt.

Born and raised in Hawaii, he's weighing a college list that includes Carnegie Mellon, Georgia Tech, and UC Berkeley. He plays water polo, collects languages — fluent in Hungarian, currently working on Spanish and German — and is, for now, the tallest person in the office.
