Adrian Monda

Adrian was born and raised in Hawaii and is a senior at Mid-Pacific Institute, where a passion for cybersecurity and computer science is already shaping the college search — Carnegie Mellon, Georgia Tech, and UC Berkeley are on the list.

He came to us asking about a cybersecurity internship. We asked if he'd rather help build our AI practice instead. He said sure. He was also genuinely stoked to learn the internship was paid, which tells you he'd have done it for free. We know. We're saying nothing.

The headline project is a smarter way to search twenty-five years of support tickets — a quarter century of institutional memory, finally findable. But the real job description is broader: wiring Indevtech's internal systems into its AI tooling, one connection at a time. Things that get asked as "how hard would it be to—" on a Monday have a habit of being done, tested, and quietly running before anyone has finished explaining the question. He codes in orange computer glasses. The team has learned that the glasses mean don't interrupt.

He is also, at seventeen, the tallest person in the office — a title that has changed hands twice in recent memory and is not expected to move again for a while. Outside the office, he plays water polo and collects languages: fluent in Hungarian, currently picking up Spanish and German.
